Taste Baja California
Traditional cuisine is a big part of the country´s culture, and without a doubt it´s also a reflection of its inhabitants and the nation.
One of Mexico´s states with a great diverse culture, its food is the combination of a plethora of colors, ingredients, smells and tastes, with Baja California being the city with the densest combination in the country.
Baja California´s culinary tradition goes hand to hand with its history and development as a state; as well as its coastal location, where Baja California found it´s culinary ally and source to create its very own style. This explains why many of our dishes use seafood as their core, as can be seen our Baja Med cuisine that´s enhanced by the local products; spices from the Mediterranean and Asian influence which let us delight on its unique flavors.
